Mmm chips!

  1. I don't know why you say you can't have chips. Weight Watchers allows you to eat whatever you like as long as you count your propoints; that could even include chips from the chippy or McDonalds.
    You can make your own chips by par boiling chipped potatoes and baking them in the oven using 0point fry light...you should NOT be banning any food, you will only crave it more!

    1. Just whilst I'm being good I'd rather stay away from fast food because I know what I'm like. I know I won't last 3 months without a KFC but I'd like to see how long I could go. Tnight I made my chips using butternut squash and sweet potato.

    2. Thanks for the advice though. I just find it hard eating a moderate amount of junk...all or nothing seems better for now and ill slowly introduce it back and try and control it better. Thanks again x

    3. Oh and I'm making turkey burgers at the weekend following the ww recipe so really I think this photo was just to show off my new salt and pepper pots.
